Plans and Plan Changes
What is the difference between TruthQuest Core and TruthQuest Complete?
TruthQuest Core costs $19 per month and gives you access to nearly all TruthQuest resources, with the exception of VBS kits. TruthQuest Complete costs $199 per year and adds access to all TruthQuest VBS kits in addition to all of TruthQuest's other resources. TruthQuest Complete also costs $29 less than twelve months of TruthQuest Core.
How do I switch from TruthQuest Core to TruthQuest Complete?
Select "Manage Account" from the top of the screen to go to your account management portal. Once there, click "Update Subscription", choose Yearly, and confirm the Complete plan. The plan change takes effect immediately. If you have paid for unused Core subscription time, Stripe (our payment processing partner) applies a prorated credit toward the Complete plan charge. Review the amount due before confirming.
How do I switch from TruthQuest Complete to TruthQuest Core?
Select "Manage Account" from the top of the screen to go to your account management portal. Once there, click "Update Subscription", choose Monthly, and confirm the Core plan. The plan change takes effect immediately, so access to VBS kits ends at that time.
If you paid for unused Complete subscription time, Stripe (our payment processing partner) calculates a prorated credit, applies it to your Core charge, and keeps any remaining amount as account credit toward future invoices. It does not automatically refund that credit to your card. A promotional period that was free may have no paid amount to credit. Select View details on Stripe's confirmation page to see the calculation before you confirm.
What if I change plans during my free trial?
Your selected plan takes effect immediately and the remaining trial continues. The price of the selected plan becomes due when the trial ends. Stripe (our payment processing partner) shows the billing date before you confirm.
Billing and Account Management
Where can I review my subscription and payments?
Select Manage Account to see your current plan, renewal date, payment method, and invoices. Stripe displays the amount due before you confirm a plan change.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Use Manage Account and choose Cancel subscription. Stripe (our payment processing partner) will show when the cancellation takes effect before you confirm it. If you have an unused account credit after cancellation, contact us for help reviewing your balance.
